Who we are

"Young Arrows Darts Academy" is an amateur darts club based in England and is run by Thomas Russell as a private individual.

For the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, Thomas Russell is the Data Controller.

• Parent or guardian contact details for junior members

Junior members

Where a member is under 18 years of age, personal information may be provided by a parent or guardian. We take particular care when handling information relating to children.

Publication of results

The club may publish competition results, league tables and match reports on websites, social media pages or other public platforms.

Published information will normally be limited to a player's first name and surname initial, together with relevant playing statistics and results.

Retention of information

Membership records will be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the club.

Financial records relating to membership fees may be retained for up to seven years where required for accounting, taxation or record-keeping purposes.

Information that is no longer required will be securely deleted.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure.
