Sign in with your coach email. We'll send a one-time login link — no password needed.
Access is restricted to authorised coaches. Every change is recorded against your account; personal data is never visible to the public.
Players feed the league table and profiles. Use first name + last initial only (e.g. “Maya S.”). Tick the leagues each player is in. A player with matches can't be deleted until those matches are removed.
Create separate leagues (e.g. by age or ability). The one marked “current” is shown by default on the public site. Allocate players to leagues in the Players tab. Deleting a league removes its weeks and results.
These appear in the “Sessions & timetable” section on the home page. Lower “order” shows first.
These are the membership cards on the home page. Put each feature on its own line. “Featured” highlights the card.
Competition rules & scoring. Changing points recalculates the whole league table immediately.
Admins only. Add coaches by email and choose which sections they can edit. A coach is linked the first time they sign in with that email via the magic-link login. Admins can edit everything.
Taster requests submitted from the home page. Private — only signed-in coaches can see these.
